Should the item(s) you acquire from us be substantially different to what we have described then we will happily give you a full refund - including your initial postage - providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt and is received back in the same condition that it was sent out.

However we cannot be held liable for any damage in transit caused by the Post Office or Carrier used. All of the items we sell are professionally packed as we only use reinforced envelopes (and cardboard for the larger items) and all items are clearly marked as Fragile or Please Do Not Bend.

Should damage occur during transit we will happily work with you to obtain compensation from the necessary carrier but we cannot be held liable for the transit damage ourselves unless the packaging is at fault which it never has been to date.

Following agreement with us that we will accept an item back, all returns should be sent to:
