We are very proud of our feedback with regards to the quality of our packing service. Getting the item to you safely is of utmost importance to us and we take care to ensure this happens. Regardless of this additional care we try to only charge postage & packing at cost so please select the option you prefer.
All our items are sent in reinforced envelopes with a cardboard backing. The item will also have an envelope stiffener for extra strength.
After the item is made secure in the envelope, the package will be sealed with ‘FRAGILE’ or ‘HANDLE WITH CARE’ packing tape to ensure that Post Office are aware that the package should be handled with extra care when delivering and that the contents are fragile.

We use three different levels of postage for domestic customers, being Standard First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery. We strongly suggest that some form of postage that ensures your item is traceable and insured is used but of course, the final decision is yours.
For International deliveries we insist on sending your item by International Signed For mail. Your item will be sorted and processed securely overnight and will be despatched to it’s destination by air on the first available flight.
With International Signed For both the customer and ourselves can track the progress of delivery online up to the point when the item leaves the UK and in some cases, on arrival in the destination country.
A signature will be obtained for your item on delivery at its destination.
