Like all youngsters with a passion for sport we started collecting football autographs over 30 years ago. Never did we believe that what began as a schoolboy hobby so many years ago would in time develop into a full time business.

During the last 10 years, the growth in demand for sport memorabilia has allowed us to provide quality memorabilia collected historically - and more recently - to a market looking for authentic affordable items.

Sport Memorabilia Ltd is now a family business that involves all members in different roles.

The driving force is the Managing Director Julie Lewis who has overall responsibility for the smooth running of the company. Gareth Lewis is responsible for Sales & Marketing and the younger members of the family also have an important role to play. Darren - a Director of the business - is responsible for this website and all matters technical whilst the youngest - Carwyn - keeps the traditions of the business going by collecting signatures whenever or wherever he can.

The popularity of eBayT has opened a new sales channel to our operation but the number of forgeries and fakes that are prevalent within the Sport Memorabilia section means that buyers need to be very careful as to who they buy their memorabilia from.

To add peace of mind Sport Memorabilia Ltd have been members of UACC since November 2002 and have recently joined the Autograph Council to help the fight to reduce the number of forgeries and fakes. (See Authenticity for more information).
